Distance Learning Support
All MPUSD schools will open the 2020-2021 school year in a distance learning model. We are committed to making sure that students continue to experience the care and commitment of our staff and the routine of daily learning, even in full Distance Learning. We acknowledge that our approach to distance learning cannot replicate the deep connections and social learning that happens when school is in regular session and in-person (the invaluable social interactions, real-time in-person feedback, community and extracurricular events, and so on). However, we do contend that quality learning can occur from a distance with our new Distance Learning 2.0 Plan. We endeavor in our Distance Learning Plan to accomplish three goals TK–12:
