Welcome to our new Assistant Principal -
Amanda Kennedy!
I'm thrilled to introduce our new Assistant Principal, Amanda Kennedy! Amanda brings nearly 20 years of experience in education, including serving as MPUSD's Learning Acceleration TOSA and as a classroom teacher. She is a passionate educator who believes in building strong relationships, supporting teachers, and helping every student thrive.
As the proud wife of a U.S. Army veteran, Amanda especially values serving military-connected families and is excited to become part of the La Mesa community. She looks forward to getting to know our amazing students, staff, and families while partnering with all of us to make this a fantastic school year.
