Cheer

We are excited to announce Middle School Cheerleading Tryouts! We look forward to welcoming students who are interested in joining our cheerleading team and representing La Mesa during our basketball season (Dec-Feb).

Students who make the team should plan to attend practice the following week, Monday and Wednesday (11/16 & 11/18), from 1:00–2:00 PM (practice times have been adjusted due to early release days for parent teacher conferences).

Important Registration and Medical Physical Form Requirements

All students planning to try out must be registered through SportsNet and have a completed, signed physical form from their physician uploaded to their SportsNet account before tryouts. Please visit the La Mesa website for cheer for more information and instructions on how to register your student on SportsNet. There is also a link to download a printable copy of the physical form.

Please make sure all requirements are completed before tryouts so your student is eligible to participate.

We look forward to a great cheerleading season!
